It’s hard to believe but our friend and ambassador – Anna McNuff – set off on her #BarefootBritain challenge nearly five months ago. And now, with only 30 days to go, her muddy paws can finally feel the end in sight where a bubbling hot foot spa and some snugly socks are calling her name.
On the latest ‘leg’ of Anna’s epic journey, our favourite adventure queen has been taking in the (slightly hillier than anticipated) sites of Exmoor National Park, with its beautiful hidden valleys, tumbling rivers and coastline.
After covering 90 miles in just four days (amazeballs) Anna re-fueled with feast of salmon linguine and sticky toffee pudding. Based on the super-powers you are maintaining Anna – we think that should just be for starters!
As always, Anna is taking time out to visit and inspire Brownies and Girl Guides along the way. Asked recently by one Brownie: “Why are you bonkers?”, Anna replied: “Hmm. Good question. Because it’s good to be a bit different.”
We love that you are different Anna. A real inspiration to so many. Keep on running!
