TEAMROOM ITEMS:

There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

Production of orders will only commence once the Teamroom has been closed which is at the discretion of your kit rep. Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes.


RETURNS:

  • 28 days return period - Full Price Items.
  • 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items.
  • Make sure item is unworn with original tags attached.
  • Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund or exchange.
  • Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
  • Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  • Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  • Exchanges take up to 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of email for the refund to show on your statement.

Poor delivery - late & missed event

Fast track eventually took 13 days instead of 2-3 days.
I can’t review the cushion as missed the long distance event sadly.

Thanks for your review. Further to our email dialogue I apologise once again that your seat pad did not arrive in time for your event.
You placed your order on a Sunday, as with all orders made after 2pm on Friday these are processed on Monday.
As you are aware your order was posted in error Royal Mail 48 instead of the Royal Mail 24 service you booked.
Due to the error, we refunded shipping costs in full.
Delivery was attempted on the 19th, 5 days after despatch. We are following up with Royal Mail as to why they did not deliver your parcel to a safe place but wanted a signature for delivery as this was not a service that was booked. We are sorry about this additional request from Royal Mail then resulted in an additional delay in you receiving your seat pad.
We are sorry that our error on despatch contributed to the delay in delivery and we have put in controls to avoid this happening again.

Really comfortable seat pad. Like sitting on a cloud

A life saver. So comfortable and very well made. A little disappointed It didn't come with a seat strap to hold it in place while turning boat upside down. I made my own which works perfectly well.
