TEAMROOM ITEMS:

There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

Production of orders will only commence once the Teamroom has been closed which is at the discretion of your kit rep. Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes.


RETURNS:

  • 28 days return period - Full Price Items.
  • 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items.
  • Make sure item is unworn with original tags attached.
  • Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund or exchange.
  • Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
  • Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  • Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  • Exchanges take up to 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of email for the refund to show on your statement.

Really nice quality

A little sheer in the white but needs to be thin to fit under the all-in-one. But really this review is more about the service that Crewroom offer as much as the product. If every shop behaved like Crewroom, there wouldn’t be a retail crisis - you’d be back there every week just for the pleasure of it!!!

Looked nice but ordered a large. Bag label said large but top inside was small so no good. Awaiting replacement

Great T shirt. Very small sizing

Great t shirt. Super comfortable if you can get into it. I ordered a large but with 38 inch chest I’m normally a medium and there was no way I could fit into this t shirt. I had a couple of long sleeve ones that I got in XL and fit perfectly. My wife fits my L T-shirt fine so we didn’t need to send back.
