We've taken the tried and tested stretch jersey used in our leggings to create shorts which look and feel amazing. The fully opaque, non-pilling fabric is supportive without restriction and the ribbed wide waistband is a practical and flattering addition. There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

Production of orders will only commence once the Teamroom has been closed which is at the discretion of your kit rep. Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes.


RETURNS:

  • 28 days return period - Full Price Items.
  • 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items.
  • Make sure item is unworn with original tags attached.
  • Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund or exchange.
  • Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
  • Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  • Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  • Exchanges take up to 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of email for the refund to show on your statement.

Waist very small

I had to return this item because the waist was too tight and fell much lower than was comfortable.

Sizing issue

These shorts have a very small waist compared with other Crewroom Bottoms and do not match the website sizing.
Very disappointed with the product and the poor after sales service.

Disappointed

These shorts have a very small waist; at the lower end of the stated waist sizing with no further stretch in them so are unwearable. I’m disappointed in the service from Crewroom as I have emailed twice, phoned once and used their online message service and had no response as to whether these shorts are faulty or the sizing is just incorrect. I’m therefore very disappointed with them and the service.

Super comfy!

Love them - just the right length in the leg, they don’t ride up or down, and not too tight around chunky thighs! Nice comfy waistband too, soft, but firm, so doesn’t dig in. Soft snuggly fabric, and good colour/fabric so doesn’t crease/show stuff. Useful pockets too for keys etc.

Super comfy shorts!

Very comfy, not too squishy over the tummy or around the thighs, not too short, (but short enough to get the legs brown whilst you’re out on the water and after when drinking tea), stretchy in all the right places and the mottled grey is very flattering, hiding any dodgy sweat patches, VPLs, etc.
