Rebecca Scown is a double Olympic medallist, having won the women's pair bronze at the 2012 London Olympic Games with Juliette Haigh, and silver at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games with Genevieve Behrent.

Spring is finally here and, blimmin' heck, we've been waiting A LONG TIME for it to arrive!

Back in 2013, our friend and Adventure Queen - Anna McNuff - set out alone, unassisted on a 7-month, 11,000-mile cycle through North America, taking in every state of the USA.

Today, we're celebrating International Women's Day and the many inspirational women we're blessed to count as friends of Crewroom, all of which are incredible role models.

Anna McNuff is a British born adventurer, motivational speaker, influencer and author, and also happens to be our buddy and official Crewroom Ambassador.
